Biostimulant injections
Biostimulators are products designed to stimulate collagen and elastin production in the skin. With age, collagen production gradually decreases, leading to a loss of firmness and the appearance of wrinkles. Thanks to this regenerative medicine, it is possible to reactivate this natural process, improving the appearance of the skin by making it smoother, more toned and more resistant. The effects of the treatment continue for several months after the session. Dr Pino Lopez uses biostimulators based on calcium hydroxyapatite, polynucleotides and poly-L-lactic acid.
Platelet-rich plasma
PRP is an innovative and natural method used in dermatology and aesthetics to stimulate cell regeneration and promote skin rejuvenation.
This technique involves taking a blood sample from the patient, then centrifuging it to concentrate the platelets, which are then reinjected into the skin or scalp. Rich in growth factors, these platelets activate tissue repair, stimulate collagen and elastin production, and thus promote skin cell regeneration.
In dermatology, PRP is particularly effective in treating scars, fine lines, and signs of ageing, while improving the overall appearance of the skin. In the field of hair care, PRP is commonly used to treat alopecia (hair loss) and alopecia areata, as well as to improve hair density and quality.
The results are not immediate and appear gradually, usually between one and two months after treatment, depending on the patient’s age and the area treated. The effects of PRP are long-lasting, but regular sessions may be recommended to maintain the benefits over the long term.
A 100% biocompatible method, PRP has the advantage of being a natural solution, without the addition of foreign substances, thus offering an optimal safety profile and a low incidence of side effects.

Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is a medical technique used to treat superficial varicose veins, also known as ‘spider veins’.
These small dilated veins, often visible on the legs, can be cosmetically unsightly and sometimes cause discomfort. Sclerotherapy offers an effective and minimally invasive method of removing them.
How does sclerotherapy work?
Injection of a sclerosing agent: The doctor injects a sclerosing product (usually a saline solution or a specific chemical agent) directly into the varicose vein. This product causes irritation of the vein wall, causing it to close.
Formation of scar tissue: After the injection, the treated vein turns into scar tissue, making it less visible. Blood is then redirected to healthy veins.
Results: The effects begin to be visible after a few weeks, with gradual improvement over time. Several sessions may be necessary to achieve optimal results.
